Q1. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive ?
A: We usually make shipment by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. In general it takes
3-10days between delivery and arrival. If needed, shipment by air or sea available.

A1. Clients opt for desired products, minor technical alterations open for discussion depending on the order volume; A2. Sample products provided for testing, customers' validation required, and potential flavor adjustments open for discussion; A3. Product branding through methods like silkscreen or laser printing, packaging design subjected to client's approval; A4. Pilot production initiated for trial purposes, followed by client's confirmation; A5. Commencement of full-fledged batch production after trial success.
B: ODM Process B1. Customers provide samples, images with specifications, or design sketches; B2. Feasibility of mold fee negotiable, involves development of molds, creation of prototypes, and verification of functionality; B3. Finalization of logo placement and packaging design in accordance with client's preferences; B4. Initiation of trial production run, followed by client's review and approval; B5. Execution of larger batch production upon successful trial assessment.
Q4. Is it OK to print my logo on disposable vape devices or packing boxes?
A: Yes of course, Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our samples.
Q5. How to deal with the faulty ?
Our products are produced in a strict quality control system and the fault rate will be less than 1%. If defective products would be found, please give us a description of the issue with photos and/or videos. After our QC confirms that it's really our quality problem, we make replenishment.
