Delivery:

Q1. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive ?
A: We usually make shipment by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. In general it takes
3-10days between delivery and arrival. If needed, shipment by air or sea available.

Q2. What about the lead time ?
A. For samples, 1-3 days;
B. Mass order generally needs 7-20 days, depending on our production schedule and the order quantity.
C. OEM delivery, after package design confirmed, the same period as normal mass production.
D. ODE delivery, after prototype and package design confirmed, the same period as normal mass production.
 

Q3.Regarding our ODM/OEM process, here's the breakdown:

**OEM Approach:**
1. Customers select items, minor technical modifications can be discussed depending on quantity.
2. Samples provided for customer testing; adjustments to flavors if needed are negotiable.
3. Product logo placement via silkscreen or laser print, along with package design confirmation.
4. Initiation of trial order production and subsequent confirmation.
5. Commencement of batch order production.

**ODM Approach:**
1. Customers furnish samples, images with specifications, or drawings.
2. Feasibility of mold fee discussed, followed by mold development, creation of prototypes, and functional validation.
3. Finalization of logo placement and package design.
4. Commencement of trial order production, followed by ongoing production.
