Delivery:

Our warranty for both disposables and pod systems is six month, and the defect ratio is lower as 3‰. If defective product exists and proves to be quality faulty, we will make free replenishment.

Q1. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive ?
A: We usually make shipment by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. In general it takes
3-10days between delivery and arrival. If needed, shipment by air or sea available.
Q2. What about the lead time ?
A. For samples, 1-3 days;
B. Mass order generally needs 7-20 days, depending on our production schedule and the order quantity.
C. OEM delivery, after package design confirmed, the same period as normal mass production.
D. ODE delivery, after prototype and package design confirmed, the same period as normal mass production.
Q3. What's your ODM/OEM?
For OEM:**
1. Customers pick items, slight technical adjustments can be considered depending on quantity.
2. Samples shared for customer testing; tweaks to flavors can be talked over.
3. Product logos added via silkscreen or laser printing, package design locked in.
4. Trial order production kicks off and is confirmed.
5. Full-scale batch order production gets underway.
**Regarding ODM:**
1. Customers provide samples, images with specs, or drawings.
2. Mold fee up for discussion; mold development, prototype creation, and functional validation ensue.
3. Logo incorporation, along with package design, reaches the final stage.
4. Trial order production begins and continues.
